Waldrons Farm is an approximately 43 acre parcel south of downtown Phoenix.

The site has received zoning approval for a Mixed Use Agricultural (MUA) development based on the conceptual designs shown below, with about 13 acres commercial and 30 acres residential. Waldrons Farm wholesale plant nursery currently occupies the site.
